This site should contain enough to keep the windows customiser fanatics busy for days. As far as i know everything on this site is freeware.
I can recommend RegClean (even though it says M$ make it) it's small, and it does what it's supposed to, very well, for free (althouh it's closed source). If M$ make it, i have no idea why they don't ship it with the OS and put it on the startbar. It needs it.
Not sure about the rest of the programs here though... good luck, and have that windows CD ready for yr next reinstall!
