Linux is probably a better choice for Cuba anyway. If they were to be able to get rid of Windows, Cuba's network would go dark to US spies, since they wouldn't have all those M$ 'services' calling home to Redmond and all those convenient backdoors in their OS's.

I posted this, cuz I'm not quite sure what to think of it. All the articles on it I found link you to the Inquirer page above, and that page links you to a dead link ... and oops I probably should have posted this in the Linux section even though it probably has more to do with M$ than Linux.
