You could if you could run an X server on the DS (but you'd be using X, not Windows). The DSLinux guys will probably do it. Once they have an X server and the wireless connectivity (drivers), that's it. I'm not sure of how much progress has been made by them though.

Although Nvidia has proprietary drivers for its graphics cards, and they contributed the GPU to the original XBox, which housed the hidden BIOS. Meaning that they aren't as Linux friendly as they should be, because they are way too Microsoft friendly.
But fuck, it's just a graphics card.
