I have tried to delete several dialers that have appeared on my system from emails. I have removed the exe's but do not know how to remove them from the msconfig file? They show up at START RUN MSCONFIG - I have unchecked them, but want to completly remove them!!!
I really am beginning to wish I had an apple!!!
I am tired of going to the doctor to fix M$ B$.

step 1: download/get linux CD(s)
step 2: restart windows in ms-dos mode
step 3: at prompt write "format C:"
step 4: reboot off of linux CD
step 5: install linux and be happy

They rock!

They work, you can tell them what to do, and they don't spy on you. Plus, you can run Linux on them too, as well as the ultra cool OS X!

None the less, Im sure someone on here may be able to help you out. Stick around, you might learn something

yes well, it serves him right for using outlook then! he should uninstall outlook, messenger and iexploder with products that are available for free from This page here
and install opera and trillian to replace them. (opera has a built in email client but i suppose you could get eudora instead...)

i thought the browser wars were over?
well, my official advice for MacOS, windows, or linux is to get both mozilla and opera. Make sure you get the java environment with opera, and make sure you get the interactive install of mozilla, so you can weed out composer and all that AOL crap if you want to...
