No, because his income will decline when he stops being the CEO of Microsoft (or doing anything at Microsoft), I don't think he's getting nearly as much from stocks then from Microsoft income.

You know, Bill needs to be kicked in the nuts really really hard for this.  

If he gave away a serious percentage of his wealth to charity, he could solve that "problem" immediately, while still having more money than most Americans could ever dream of seeing in their lifetimes.
