SHOULD in that statement to emphasise the critical word in the proclamation.
It doesn't matter how you or I see it. It doesn't matter how you or I feel about it.
It doesn't matter whether you or I see harm in it or not.
The fact is simple. The law as it is right now says it is illegal.
That's what I was saying. Regardless of what you feel, believe or think, it is still illegal. Any time you CHOOSE to break the law, even if it is out of principle, you should be prepared to accept the consequences. For gods sake, were discussing pirating DVD's and music, not international drug smuggling, crack dealing, homocide or mass slayings. Either way, the principle is still the same.
