Distribution of films legally and of FreeBSD and of Linux by Bittorrent is P2P distrubution of Copyright protected material.  One just is given permission by the copyright holders to do so.  

Spain cannot have it both ways.

This is complete BULLSHIT and is total discrimination against small media copyright holders who rely on P2P for distribution.

This is a completly useless piece of legislatio, considering that the EUCD gives governments the power to clamp down on illegal distribution already - regardless of medium.

Either there is an ulterior motive here, or the heat has gotten to the Spanish.
I imagine TimeWarner will lobby against this, since in scuppers thier new BitTorrent based distributin model. I wonder if they have the power to make a difference?
