Hehe ... cool, so now the opressed become the opressors ...

Oh, and as I said in one of my other posts ... this has everything to do with the government, and very little to do with the people. Somehow I think there has been a great schizm between the goverment and the people for quite some time now, not only in Israel but everywhere ... oh well the people deserve it for not doing anything about it.

What I find sadly ironic is how so many Zionists call people anti-semites for criticising Israel (as if that somehow makes you a racist), when they support and apologise for an apartheid regime that has been acting like Nazis towards the Palestinians.

yes, some Americans still "tick" for kills, particularly aircraft...It's still required for Ace status. So? There's nothing wrong with having pride in your skill and proficiency in your job...even when the undertone is as morbid as this.

No don't get me wrong.  That wasn't my point.  The lead on this thread was Israeli tanks "ticked" for kills and the inference that that was somehow horrible because the last country that did that for a tank force was Nazi Germany.

My point is that this is still a common military practice and there's nothing unique or nazilike about the Israeli tank forces doing it.  In fact, I'm quite suprised that Israeli tank forces are the only tank forces in the world that do this.  I thought for sure the Abrams crews would be doing it.

Yeah, but the planet has been in relative peace for almost 50 years. WWII was the last real war where thousands died weekly. Every other "war" is mostly soldiers doing peacekeeping.
