New Office locks down document ... how many would upgrade ?

This is a really idiotic attempt to try and get rid of things like OpenOffice. They don't care about security, that's just a bonus to make it legitimate to the customer. Besides, even if people do "upgrade", don't you think they'll just disable that stupid "security" feature to stay comabitible with everyone else's version?
