LOL!!! MS takes stand against spyware

(1/3) > >>

Xeen:
According to this article, Microsoft is presenting a new anti-spyware strategy. Read more for the hilarious details.

I for one can't stop laughing. The words anti-spyware and Microsoft just do not go together considering:
Super Hidden/archived internet history in Windows
Spyware in Windows Media Player
Spyware in Windows Messenger
Hidden text history in MS Word documents.

All I have to say about that article is:
             :(

hm_murdock:
Yar, it be very humorous, indeed.

WMD:
They just want to clear away all the 3rd-party spyware in order to make more room for their own.  Longhorn, anyone?  :D

Topdawg2050:
They could make mega-bucks if they made deals with some 3rd party survey groups.... Oh wait Billy already wipes his ass with million dollar bills.

savet:
This isn't news....we've always known MS can't tolerate competition.  ;)

Beautiful business model they have.  Create a sub-standard OS, blame problems on 3rd party vendors, and use your products to fill the gap left by the exclusion of your competition.
