Need Key Code

(1/3) > >>

Arizonacowboy:
I have a Windows 2000 Advanced Server CD but no install key code.

It's for distribution with a new P.C only 1-8 processor edition.

I purchased the P.C. that this came with, changed to Linix, but now would like to load this O.S. on another machine to play around with. Trouble is I don't have the jewel case, and I formatted the H.D.D. and dont' have a registry to find the key.

Is there any way to get another key to work?

Thank you in advance for your time an help.

If you bought the computer from a OEM [ie: dell or gateway] Then their might be a sticker on the bottom or the back of the computer with the code on it.

Remember, you have to pay for it, and i'm not legally responsible for you doing whatever the hell you are doing/going to do.      :D        ;)

Seriously.

isn't it illegal to install a copy of windows onto a second machine, even though it has been wiped from the first one? that's M$ licencing for ya...

I thought our goal in life, as FuckMicrosoft.com, not HelpMicrosoftUsers.com, was to prevent people from using Microsoft operating systems.

I don't think we should give out Microsoft tech support.
