I cannot find where to submit a bug report because the dumb bastards couldn't link to it from the page on obtaining one on the wiki. If anyone does know how submit this for me:

The bug is random and no specific action was made to produce it.

Also developer.pidgin.im is too slow for me to bother. It's like they are hosting it on an ADSL connection or something.
