This means that any person testifying that IE could not be removed from MS Windows, as part of the US antitrust case, can now be shown to have perjured themselves?

I'm looking forward to seeing Bill Gates up on charges of perjury for sure...

As I mentioned in the other thread, I think IE7 could be easily removed from Vista as well. It no longer seems to be integrated with the OS - which is a good thing.

i wonder if he actually had to pay a backhander to avoid being charged with perjury? surely that wouldn't be good publicity.
