iCann's agreement with the US gov't has already expired anyway.

This seems like a good thing, so long as China doesn't take control.

Lead Head:
This will probably be good, but I doubt it will help the sad state of the US Broad Band system. Ridiculous prices for some pretty slow speeds here compared to other countries.
