Sun's Virtual Box
(1/1)

Works! I tried Rosetta, QEMU and WINE OSX to get a simple program that ran in 98SE, 2000 ans XP to run, but no dice. Someone blogged that Sun's was an "also ran" but I didn't want to pay for Parallels, so I gave VBox a try.
I have Snow Leo on an Intel Core Duo and XP actually installs and runs just fine. Go Sun!

Great!
May be this could be used to get round Apple's restriction on OS X running on non-Apple hardware?
Apparently there ELUA contains a cause permitting virtualisation.
All that's needed is for someone to write a boot loader which loads Mac OS as a VM. This might sound crazy but this technique has been used before for evil, installing a rootkit, so I don't see why it shouldn't be used for good.

Actually there is a project out there to get OSX running on non apple hardware. I guess it is actually quite doable as long as you have an Intel based system. http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
