Why does XP have to be such a pile of shit? It' can't even copy file correctly. I had to copy a 400MB folder with 4,000 files in 273 subfolders from one partition to another (in XP). THe first time I got a BSOD right in the middle of the copying process. Had to restart. Second time explorer.exe crashed close to the end and ended up deleting everything it had already copied. I got sick of it and just did it from Win2k (took about 30 seconds there).
This isn't the first time this happened either. I've noticed file-copying problems on many different XP installations. Seriously, how fucking hard is it to get file copying right when writing an operating system??? Fuck you Bill Gates very much.
