my middle finger goes out to george bush, i mean, all this enron adelphia and worldcom shit, and this dude used the same tactics??? it sucks when congress has been bought and everyone says "just vote and you can change things" i say bullshit, you can only choose who fucks you over, not how they do. i think that the main caimpagn in florida was about helping the elderly with medicare and such, and now there just bullshiting about it and doing NOTHING. owell, atleast endtimes are near

Huh? Bush has nothing to do with the subject, and certainly is not the cuase of the Enron/Worldcom problems.  Those problems were grown from inside long before Bush ever took office.  Now members of congress being bought out is another story altogether. But let's not turn this into another political bashing thread...

I know this shoulden't become a political thread and all. However, if I don't like Bush and I don't like Clinton, what's a US president in the 1900's that I can say "GODDAMN that guy rocked!". My only guess would be Jimmy Carter, but im only 17 and Canadian to boot, so theres probably plenty of bad stuff about him I never knew.

My personal theory is that Green Party guy(name?) would of been better then Gore or Bush...

True, but I have little faith in republicans or democrats anymore. It depends on the decisons he would of made in office.

Holy Shit!  Nader would have destroyed the internet!  The problem with Nader was that would would of signed anything that looked good politically.  If the title of a bill said "CBDTPA:  Save Amercia From the Internet," Nader wouldn't of read it, since the title would (in his mind) explained everything perfectly and he would sign.  The mind of Nader was just too confusing.  He believed in legalization in pot (which I don't give a shit about) which made all the teenagers at my high school love him.  Here's the catch:  teenagers can't vote.

Gore on the other hand would have done it differently.  He;d put some kind of family spin on it and say that "Pirates are destroying you children!  They give them MP3s and then pull them through the computer TV and eat them!"  Al Gore claims he invented the internet (but we all know I invented the remote control), but then that means he's all to blame for destroying the economy, children, and marriage.  He wanted to kill the internet with censorship and regulations.  Didn't you hear all those ads for his plan to "save you children" from porn sites.  The whole thing was about internet cencorship.  He would make all of us his bitch and the TCPA his dildo.
