True, forgot about those dual boots..

I only use a Linux machine.  Any issue I've ever had I was able to quickly resolve.  My machine has had updtime of 230 days, before I needed to do system changes that required a reboot.  I am not sheep and have been happily windows free for 2 years, my primary machine is redhat 8.0.  My laptop is slackware dual with Redhat.

Just a question how many of you buy an entire pc when they need an upgrade?! I only bought one desktop pc in my life!! I bought it in 1996 (when my parents realised that I needed my own pc) a p1-mx 233mhz with 32mbram and now I have 4 pcs all made with spare parts but never spend more than 400 euros at the same time so tell me where can I buy a MAC at that price!!!!

What I'm truying to say is that some of us don't have enough money to buy a new pc every time we need an upgrade and flame me if I'm wrong but if I want to upgrade a G3 to a G5 can I just buy the motherboard and the CPU and it will work fine?!

That's why I still prefer the old open market of x86...

So I switched to linux, never happened again.
IMHO MS-DOS was the best OS Micro$hit ever made.

I actually think DOS is pretty cool, most likely because it wasn't my Microsoft.
