dbl221:
Wow I can hardly imagine that M$ installed spy-ware in XP!

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\internet explorer\extensions\{c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003}

from the XP sp1ers

voidmain:
Ok, what uses that key, and for what?

Lloydr:
apparently internet exploder uses that reg key....lol NOT ANY SUPRISE TO ME!!!! LOL any microshit middleware is spyware bullshit and should be wiped out.....lol....how did you find out that reg key was a phone-home spy key? ad-aware find it or you just went diggin around? lol lata

voidmain:
You sure do laugh a lot.  IE uses a LOT of reg keys.  What I meant was, what makes this one unique?  And no, I'm not going to install Windows to find out...

Lloydr:
i just find it really funny that some ppl would go through trouble to actually find one key when there are like probaly around 100 or so keys that are not needed for the program to work...but are jus used as spyware....basically all the microshit middleware uses some of these keys, and no i'm not gonna install winblows either to find out.....
