1) What the fuck is that index.dat file in the Cookies folder?? The file cannot be deleted from within the so called OS. What the hell is this file for and why cant it be removed along with the rest of the cookies?
You can't delete it, only in dos
to get rid op it , open notepad in another directory, save it as index.dat, copy this
index.dat onto the real index.dat, done
