Umm I wouldn't think we would be the first ones to try that or do that.  Plus they probably got linux for a firewall.  lol

Actually, I believe it's FreeBSD (or one of the BSDs).    :D

i beleive they WERE using bsd but they have changed it to 2000, they are trying to avoid people pointing out theyre hypocrisy.

Defenitly will use FreeBSD for a firewall.  Most servers that use win2k do so for the application services.   (asp,sql etc).   But they realize its insecure.  So they use FreeBSD and try to "detect" hackers so they can catch them. Or snort out known exploits
