Typical day of a Windows User
« on: 2 December 2002, 01:57 »
I copied this from a Forum i visit.
 Here it goes.
------------------------------------------------
Stuff's way too cluttered up and I don't feel like figuring out what I need and what I don't.  And a few errors here and there I can't seem to fix are really really pissing me off.  Oh, and there's the fact that Windows was installed to my D: drive instead of C: like I swear I specified.

Oy.  Gonna back up stuff tonight then do the format game.  Wee!

Time to plot out my partitions, I guess.

I swear I told it to install to C!

Not only the incorrect partition, but the incorrect drive entirely.

I just did a format and re-install lastnight. Not really a hassle. As i have a 5gb Partition for windows. So all I had to backup is my favorites and themes. plus I save all of my install files, I have most everything set backup like before.

Also running 40.72 Dets now

Think I need to reinstall too. Can't figure out some of the odd problems I posted in software - which noone has given me any help on.
Another cause might be one of the new IE patches.

Reinstalling? What's reinstalling? I might look this word up on a dictionary cause I seem to have forgotten its meaning!   :D

I hear you Pano.

And this begs the question, are people really that stupid with their time and money?

A lot of people are just plain fucking dickheads and stupid i guess.
No wonder i am not big on my social skills with the majority of people.
This goes beyond Operating Systems.
I am an antisocial and arrogant son of a bitch, because people react good to that.
  Which is sad.

I couldn't agree more! Sadly enough, I guess the answer to your question is yes, because most of them think that overlooking the possibility of getting a new OS will save them time and (or) money when in fact it's the other way around. And that my friend is simply called ignorance.
