The 1998 case against MS by the US DOJ was a punishment, but it was a joke. Nobody enforced anything and MS only got worse. I hope the EU takes serious action.

Unfortnately for Mr Gates - Europe cant be bought unlike the US Presedency/courts and government.

It's called a 'democracy' - And a democracy is about freedom of choice for everyone.

Obviously 'choice' and 'freedom' are not words ever used in Redmond - get used to it Gates - 'times are a changing'... roll on the next case against Microsoft!!!

I cant wait!
