Fredledingue:
You need WinAmp for HiFi only.
If you want to do the easy way and not install the big Winamp: Clic on the MP3 file icon, chose open with..., choose mplayer or mplayer2.
Do it for any video or audio file.
Then set it up as default player if you like it, in "view" "folder option"...
