Moving window in Mozilla...

(1/3) > >>

TheGreatPoo:
So I was working in Mozilla 1.2.1 (on a Mac OS 9.1) and had to read something on a picture that was small.  So I chaanged my screen resolution from 1024 X 768 to 800 X 600 to read it.  After I was done, I changed the resolution back but the window had moved up and the title bar is above the menu bar.  I can't move the window!  Half the window is hidden above the menu bar and I can't change it.  I tried quiting Mozilla and restarted it.  I tried tossing the prefs in the trash and restart to no avail.  I can't drag the edges of the Mozilla window like I can a normal window.  How in the hell can I drag the window back down into the main area of the screen?

BTW, a little off topic but to those of you who own Macs with the older OS (non OSX), what is the key combination to take a picture of the desktop?

Thanx to anyone who can help me solve this really retarted problem.

Refalm:
Try to delete the file "prefs.js" and see what hapens.

KernelPanic:
Can you not just maximise the window, then you will be able to have it the right size?

or

Go back to 800x600 make the mozilla window small and drag it to the bottom , then change back to 1024x768

I doubt this works on a Mac but on Linux and Windows you can press "ALT"+"SPACEBAR" to bring up the menu with the resize/move menu on the title bar. Maybe a similar key combo works on the Mac.

psyjax:
Apple+shift+3 takes screenshots in both OSX and Classic.

As for the Mozilla window error, have you tried switching back to the resolution where it worked, then seing if you could drag it bellow the menu bar?

Also, how come you can't drag the window edges?
