"userChrome.css subfile does not exist in chrome file", ok I can make the file but how do I enter a command into that file?
I keep running into different things that tell me to enter commands..where do I enter commands, commands for all sorts of different things.
Where do I find information on how to do this type of stuff.. not what to do (I find allot of that) but how to do it -- I have a couple of days bouncing back and forth in modzilla and linux sites (well allot more than a couple of days) and it seems that a certain level of knowldedge is assumed. Given that, it can be a little frustrating. This,I believe deters allot of windows users from switching/moving forward to Linux systems. This is what is also holding me back from moving over to mandrake. Hey, I'm game. More than willing to put forth the effort but am kinda directionless. Please give me a direction on the net to learn what I need. Last but not least,    Mr/Miss microsoft has instilled a degree of fear that I could really mess things up very easy with out any safe guards in these systems..a little reasurance here would be nice.

Sorry, I don't understand your question.

Are you asking how to enter commands? Well, at a command line. Run xterm, or Konsole etc. and just type the commands at the prompt.
