Mozilla Bookmarks Question - how do i.... ?

(1/1)

Calum:
so, i have a question. If i have a range of tabs all showing different pages, i have heard i can save them all as one bookmark entry so they will all open up again automatically when i select that bookmark entry in the future, BUT...

Can i save this bookmark entry, then email it to myself for opening up on another computer?

Specifically, i want to open up twenty or thirty pages of prospective jobs, save them as one thing, send it to my web based email and open it at home.

I am on a Mac, with OS9.1 and mozilla 1.0 right now, and will be opening them up at home on WinME, with mozilla 1.0 (i think they are both rc3, but that's probably irrelevant).

So, any way to do it? if so how? or will i just have to write down all the urls and take them home on a bit of paper?

choasforages:
i think your going to have to just write them all down. im pretty sure that mozilla uses files to store bookmarks on non windows systems, then on a windows computer it uses the registray to store them.

Calum:
well, i just had a look around (don't you love how all the files for a program are all in the same folder on MacOS?) and i cannot make out which file my bookmarks would be in anyway...

oh well, maybe i will just write them all down then, thanks!

Refalm:
No, you will not write them down!
