how do i get rid of media player

don't forget, you have to burn the file to the cd as a cd image; you can't just copy it over.  I remember hearing about a few people making coasters this way.

ok so how exactly do i copy it as an image. the options on my burner say data disk. is that what i would do? also i can't seem to copy files from .edu website via ftp advice please?

It helps to know what burning program you use and I could tell ya how, but You can typically choose from the menu file>burn image. Or something similar. If ya can't get the ftp to work, then try to http links.

When i burn images, i mount them first using daemon tools (program that emulates a cd/dvd drive) then just do a cd copy. I had a few problems trying to burn mandrake 8.2 in nero using burn image, so i did it this way and it worked.
