F*ck Internet Explorer USE Firefox

OK so you're a gamer or you use a lot of apps not available on other OS's or your just too lazy to learn linux, that doesn't mean you can't do your part.  Use Windows if you must but for god's sake you don't have to use MSIE!  If you like slow navigating on the web and leaving your system open to innumerable security risks go ahead.  But my life has changged for the better since I found Firefox.

I see this all to often, people complaining about some browser problem.....and then you find out they are using M$IE,why not use firefox? anyone with a mouse should know how to install it. Theres really no reason not to

Opera 7 is the best browser, it just needed to be reminded to you all.

Opera has some great features for lazy people however. Like controlling it with your mouse alone. Very useful for when you're feeling absolutely lazy.

there's nothing to stop you installing both opera and firefox, for free, on linux or windows (and on macintosh and probably BSD too), but opera does have the adverts. i used to prefer opera over mozilla, but i really think firefox has overtaken it. if you also use the prefbar thing, then most of opera's functionality that i actually used is present in firefox, and because it's open source, firefox and mozilla are going to continue to surpass closed things like opera, although i do agree, opera still has some funny little things that other browsers don't have, and if you use those, you might not find it too easy to just change.

but if you use IE, there's really NO excuse.
