almost, your link was wrong. this is a good site to ask questions. because it doesnt just give you a workaround, it actually helps to SOLVE the problem, and in this case, the problem is the software, OutlookExpress. and the only solution is to use something else. That is the nature of Microsoft products, there is no fixing it, if something doesn't work, reinstall it. But then the problem is not solved, only temporarily hidden, only to show itself again in a few days. Yeah, the best solution is to use software that was written well, and is not tied so closely to the operating system.

If you have to use Windows, at least try not to use Lookout Express and go for another mail client, preferrably Mozilla Mail.   ;)

funny, pc-pine appears to only be available for microsoft windows and microsoft dos. the odd thing is... i have a PC and i have a version of pine that came with red hat and one that came with mandrake and both seem to work fine on my PC.

surely these people are not claiming that i need to have microsoft windows to run PC programs are they?
