Anybody know how to get three people to talk at once in netmeeting?

When i go to have three people in the netmeeting it just won't let the third person hear or talk to the other people. Can anybody help?

netmeeting is a voice conferenceing program or chat or transfer files or just voice program. I have windows 2000 professional.
