Rather than use netscape directly I use mozilla and galleon. Mozilla's primary advantage over netscape is that it is allways the newest release, having more bugfixes and henceforth being more stable. If you run xwindows and GTK than Galleon is the way to go. It is smaller and faster than mozilla while still using gecko the Mozilla rendering engin which rocks. It has a nice simple interface with less memory requierments.
