Who on earth would want to buy that piece of crap from Microsoft for the sole purpose of installing Linux on it???

By the way, this is NOT an effective way to make Microsoft lose mney.   ;)

LordWiccara:

XBox's are what, 200 bucks now?  That is really cheap.  Just link a bunch of them together into a "node" or whatever you linux people call it and you could have a pretty cheap, ultra wannabe supercomputer.

The thing I am exited about is being able to install the XBox Media Player without a mod chip... www.sourceforge.net/projects/xbplayer

I wonder if the signed boot loader would allow me to isntall the Media Player.. ah who knows

TheQuirk:
It's "cluster"! Cluster! CLUSTER!

As in, "imagine a bewould cluster of those!".
