MrX:
im starting a new topic: what i did to my old microshat mouse.

MrX:

quote: I have gone thru too many mice. I don't purchase lazer mice because I just know after a few months the buttons will start to go. I got 6 mice for $3 each and so far I have gone thru 4. Its so annoying.

PseudoRandom Dragon, instead of getting a $3 cheap-ass mouse you have to replace every day, get something like a logitech MX510 which has 800dpi sensor 9/10 and kick-ass product award.its $50, so thats the equivelent of:
16.6 of those cheap mice. http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/CA/EN,CRID=3,CONTENTID=8070
its really cool. check it out, it wont make you as fustrated

Refalm:
I like a simple 3-button optical mouse from hp. No bloat and it doesn't create RSI like the MX5000 or something. It's just too huge.

Word up.  I've been using my wacom since 1998 I think.  Had to replace a pen once but other than that it's working FINE.

Only thing it's not good for is games...

And, oh yeah, it works with Linux and FreeBSD
