I have one of those M$ IntelliMouse. I didn't buy it as it was a gift. And, yes, I did notice that. Which is why it's one of the few things with the name "Microsoft" on it that actually works right! When I installed Linux, that M$ mouse was recognized and configured during the install, and it works great.

OTOH, when I installed it on the old Win 95 system, I needed an install CD that unloaded at least 10MB of crap just to get the thing working. :eek: WTF does something as simple as a mouse need a goddam install CD? Especially a
Microsoft mouse on a
Microsoft op-sys. :confused: That's just plain nuts.
