He got a Firewall/Router for about $70. Big deal, you may think. But he has the know-how to use Linux(He put a Linux HL server up, without no fancy windows manager) Anyway, i've told him that i've seen a store selling old 486s for about $2.50(!) He just could've jammed linux(or FreeBSD) on it and used it as a firewall. Instead he buys something worth $70 which can do the same. And he has acces to Linux. I have Slackware 8.1 on cd and FreeBSD 4.7 on cd.
What would you do?
