Help me install VMware

How do i install it? its fuckin weird and i dont understand it, its asking for C header files that match my kernel. I barely know what C is let alone the header files that match my kernel. im on mandrake.

well, i suppose it's not exactly the same thing. anyway, i'll leave it open and see if any words of wisdom about installing it get posted here.
