Video Cameras

Hey all,

My mate has a camera called "Kodak DVC 385" its a USB Digital camera. He needs to know if it will work in linux and which software he should use.

I don't see that camera listed on Kodak's web site. Is that the right model number? The closest thing I can find is the DVC325 (Looks like a NetCam/webcam). Is it serial, USB, or other? My guess is that it would not be supported but until I can figure out exactly what it is I can't say for sure. There are a few Kodak digital still cameras that are supported but this is a completely different animal.

I have found out that the webcam is compatible with Linux.
