Once you have the iso image file(s?) downloaded, you should burn them to a CD. Your cd writing application, be it east CD creator or whatnot, should have an option for [create disk from image file] or something similar to that. This is what you need to select. Using that option, burn the iso file to disk.
Now you have a proper CD. If you can boot from CDs (most cpmputers nowadays can), pop the CD in, boot from it, the Suse installer shoudl start up, follow the directions.
