How would I go about making an Apache Web Server? I installed all the Web/FTP programs that came with Mandrake 10 and I set my Security to 'Higher.' So what do I need to do to get this up and running? I just want to serve my webpage that I'll be making. I also want to serve my friend's band's webpage. This is message boards, mp3 files, mpeg files, and all that good stuff. The site that I am making is going to be for the skate video I am working on.
Just tell me what I need to know step-by-step if possible. Or tell me any good places I can learn about it. I'm new to this, but I want to do it. So tell me what I need to know! Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Oh and to let you know I'm probably going to be hosting around 5 different users. So telling me how to get that working would also be much help
