This isn't quite the right thread for this but I don't quite think there is a right thread, this one is the closest one I think:

I love the new name!  Doesn't Apple have bigger fish to pick on? I can think of more appropriate ways to try and persuade more *NIX users to move to Apple than to piss them off.  Now I am sure if tex9 had money they would have won the case (just as Lindows did) but it's not worth fighting over, and the new name is fitting and will be a constant reminder.  And it save's on the ol' checkbook.

They'll never persuade much Linux users to go to apple. Rock the house for 0 dollars(just install Linux and throw out wind0ze), or rock the house for $3000 dollars. Your call.
