Maby your hardware is more compatible?? I don't know.  But I find that windows never installs cleanly so there is a lot that I have to correct.  

like 'why did the install freeze again??'

and even after installing the correct drivers, those same drivers would get currupt or somehow fail.

So for me at least it does take a day.  whereas linux just works!

didnt have a problem with corp edition install.
