tuxracer! (If you don't already have it  ;)  )

xbill is also great.

hmm... can't think of too much you wouldn't already have. how about wolfenstein? apt-get?

for randomness, you might want to point yourself to /dev/random (which i don't believe is entirely random, i did cat /dev/random and eventually saw "??m????xterm??s?" which seemed a bit unrandom

i find it fun to download 20 or 30 windows programs and see which work, and which dont and why they dont. then youll be delighted when a cool program works   .

i found out winmx worked on wine like that

Xnap is quite a lot better than winMX IMO.  Not only is it better, it's also GPL and Linux native.
Yesterday it worked
Today it is not working

I have to recommend Chromium and egoboo.  Also "doom legacy" - runs original doom wads in full Open GL and with a mouse - so you can look up and down etcetera.  Now I was a doom fanatic before this, but play doom with this engine and you will be a slave to the id.  ;)  Also it has funky transperency effects and nice smoke trails / blood splatters.  I actually play this thing as often as UT2003 and Wolfenstein:ET combined!  :D
