I just came this -><- close to ordering one of those Linux kits for my PS2. I think it might be a good buy.  Just read over several of the FAQs. Not sure if my monitor will work with it (monitor needs to sync on green). I have a few monitors so I am sure at least one of them will work. You only need it to install Linux according to the FAQ and then you could use your TV as the monitor once installed (if you wanted). I am pretty sure I will end up with this kit very soon. They are a little behind on the kernel version and they only ship KDE 2.2.2 but they say that the kernel is upgradable, however not from stock source tree. Hopefully they will have regular PS2 kernel ports and KDE upgrades. I'm a little concerned about the 32MB of memory. If nothing else it would be a cheap way into learning PS2 game/app development.

how many people actuall yknow about the petition? surely it should be a percentage of how many people know the petition exist rather than how many people have bought a playstation. Plus, are they going to make a Net Yaroze Linux compatible thing?
