Filemanager recomendations

Can anyone recommend a good file manager for debian?
(Ie I would prefer it to be apt-get able.)
Preferably not:
Worker
MC
Konqueror (horrible w/ long filenames)
Galeon
Also I'm using the blackbox wm primarily so I would prefer something that does not require me to install a new wm (like gnome or kde both of which suck.)

ya i usually just use bash to browse around my filesystem. Cant KDE programs run under blackbox somehow?... but you dont like konqueror anyways.

how about gentoo?

i haven't used it much yet, but unlike konqueror and nautilus it does not rely on a shitload of dependencies to get it working. it's been designed to be lightweight and portable while the other two are integrated and heavy.

i think it looks a lot better than that shitty xftree (which is the default file manager in XFce).

konqueror is a bit like more recent 'explorer's and the one i mentioned, gentoo, looks a bit like what the windows 3.11 file manager might be like if it had been continued and modernised to this date.

oh yes and i haven't tried it yet, but how about xfm as a file manager in response to the original question?
