From reading slashdot I have heard several ideas..
In the US, as opposed to Germany and Australia, it's probably not a good idea to do a "put up or shut up" lawsuit against SCO, because then The onus of proving that SCO is full of shit would be on the good guys... something that's going to be difficult considering the closed nature of SCO's stuff. IBM is keeping its mouth shut, because now SCO has to produce all the evidence... and they can't hide behind their NDA because they are the ones suing.
However, something we can do is ask the Securities and Exchange Comission to investigate SCO. What they are doing
reeks of stock manipulation and fraud. Their stock price has increased more than ten times since they started this, without any real evidence presented.
