Is this:
a) a misspelt URL
b) actual server downtime or
c) sco trying to hide who their partners are?

Very good idea though.

So does anyone have a copy of SCO's partners they can paste in here?

also clicking on the "partners" link tries to take you to this url:http://www.sco.com/partenrs/
considering the misspell, i'd say they may have changed that url recently...

::raises hand:: I'm in school! Well, i will be in the fall. Of course, that's the thing to do! What sucks is our "network administrator" is installing windows XP on the network before school starts, probably as I type this. I doubt I could convince him to give that up right after he put it there, especially AFTER spending all that money...
Unless I could convince him about the security aspect! He's a real control freak, and HATES it when students fiddle with the computers or get past the security. Seriously, he freaks out. That could work! Well, it's worth a shot. I guess I could also start doing something with PLUG (Philly LUG), although I don't know anything about it. Thanks suse

You really, really, didn't need to point that out. I'm not retarded. I'm simply pointing something out.

Yup I think if we all went to our country's business behavior thing and complained I think we could start a good sized lawsuit against SCO. Can someone contact the webmaster about that?

Good idea... but what's the equivalent in the US to the "Australian Competition and Consumer Commission"? Again, I just wouldn't know where to start with something like that. Again, that is a good idea, though.

From reading slashdot I have heard several ideas..

In the US, as opposed to Germany and Australia, it's probably not a good idea to do a "put up or shut up" lawsuit against SCO, because then The onus of proving that SCO is full of shit would be on the good guys... something that's going to be difficult considering the closed nature of SCO's stuff.   IBM is keeping its mouth shut, because now SCO has to produce all the evidence... and they can't hide behind their NDA because they are the ones suing.

However, something we can do is ask the Securities and Exchange Comission to investigate SCO.  What they are doing reeks of stock manipulation and fraud.  Their stock price has increased more than ten times since they started this, without any real evidence presented.
