Anyone have experience with Lycoris? I want to install a user-friendly Linux distro, but I don't know which and I heard good things about Lycoris...

If you're a newbie to Linux, then the Lycoris distro is the best possible option. Have a look at this recent review.

It's been in develpoment for a LONG time, meaning they really wanted to build a stable OS- from what I've seen of it, they were quite successful.  BTW; the original name was RedmondLinux; kinda gives you a clue as to their target, eh?
I'm SERIOUS about Linux; are you??

The CTO was a former Microsoft employee... Lycoris is on the 156th avenue and the Microsoft campus on the 148th... kinda nearby don't you think?  :D
