"The resulting table identifies 290 updates for 145 unique vulnerabilities across the main Linux distributions - Suse, Debian, Mandrake, Red Hat and TurboLinux." (all in the year 2001 alone)

So did Microsoft.  What is your point?  Besides, Microsoft didn't even have this level of security holes as linux has during the past five years.

Hey, I don't like Linux either but at least I let them live in peace. They manage to patch their own vulns, Microsoft still hasn't patched that hole in gopher that's been there since the first release of internet exploder.

Why are you so opposed to open source? Did a programmer mistreat you as a child?

Yeah, that's exactly why Windows NT still has 10,000 bugs.

And why PocketPC 2002 still has 380+ showstopper bugs, including but not limited to the inability for users to even see their screen properly... and then lie about it.
