The X-BOX Linux Project is a crazy idea but very nicely put together by the price for the winner. This project is devided by 2 sub-project, one is by modifying x-box and the other by hacking x-box without any hardware modifications. Each sub-project worth US$ 100,000 and will be awarded for the completion of each of the two projects.
With money as motivations, i hope we could see an X-BOX with Linux by the end fo this year. So if you are a Linux developer, put your keyboard down and start playing.
